Late-night FUN

Me and my new MacBook Pro are having a lot of fun together.  We are staying up late--way past our bedtime.  We are discovering new things and occasionally getting frustrated with one another.

We also took some pictures tonight.  Lucky Jeff didn't wake up when the flash went off.  ssshhhhhh!

And MacBook lets me work or blog (when I should be working) in bed, 

instead of down in the den.

The other day, Jeff and I fooled around with the photobooth, which led to more fooling around (or at least, some kissing...)

I love my mac.  But not nearly as much as I love Jeff.

Was it worth it?

Yesterday I spent 12 hours in line at the gateway to get a new iPhone. We got there at 7:30 am and didn't walk out of the store until almost 7 pm. It was... Hot Long Fun (surprisingly) Exciting to finally get one So YES It was worth it. The pic is of my sis colette and me in the apple store taken with my iPhone. Even cooler is that I am posting this from my iPhone. With the typepad application. So cool....

It's been a little while...

...since I last posted.  And it's not because I am lazy (although, sometimes I am).  It is because I have been busy.  What have I been doing, you ask?  Well, here's a brief rundown.

* Celebrating my father-in-laws 90th Birthday, with family in town for the big celebration.

* Attending my sister-in-laws sealing in the Salt Lake Temple.

* Planning and taking 40 teenagers to Moab for an adventurous weekend rafting down the Colorado River.

* Throwing a bridal shower.

* Attending a family reunion/camp-out.

* Folding lots of laundry.

* Hosting out of town guests.

* Getting ready to celebrate The Guys 39th birthday tomorrow!  (dang, we're getting old)

* Finishing final preparations for girls camp in two weeks.

* Hanging out with my 3 girls, enjoying the warm summer weather.

* And selling lots and lots of swimsuits!

I have hardly had a second to breathe this summer, but I am looking forward to a calmer week ahead.  And I am grateful for a 3-day weekend ahead and time that will be spent with my family.  

oh yeah, I am counting down the days until this arrives at my local apple store.  I will be standing in line on July 11!
